matched to your family

We run our own training centre, and every helper completes a 90-day professional course before arriving in Malaysia. You can check her training records, skills assessment results and real practice videos we film, covering childcare, kitchen work and elderly care. We don't just tell you she can do it — we show you she's learned it.

We only start matching on demand. Before matching you receive her full profile, CV and a video interview, and paperwork and travel only begin after a formal contract is signed. We never push a ready-made candidate on you or disappear after taking a deposit. Every stage is documented, and our support team can update you at any time.

Usually 8–12 weeks, depending on visa processing and flights. We send stage-by-stage updates on WhatsApp, covering when training finishes, medical check and JTK/EPPAX progress, and flight details with expected arrival. You're kept informed the whole way, never left waiting in silence.

We know the first weeks can be hard. If she turns out to be a serious mismatch or runs away, we help you handle her exit process and arrange interviews with new candidates. Replacements involve administrative and arrangement fees, which we set out clearly so you know who is responsible for what. Our aim isn't to place a helper and walk away, but to help you find the right person for the long term.

Every Best Hire helper is registered through Malaysia's Labour Department (JTKSM) and the EPPAX system, enters through official channels and holds a valid PLKS work permit. We keep full records of her passport, visa and employment documents and can show them to you.

From her first day until the two-year contract ends, we stay with you. It's not three months of early support — it's two years. Whether something comes up on day 3 or month 18, we're here to listen and help sort it out.

Running away isn't about where she's from — it comes down to matching, preparation and follow-up. At Best Hire we assess her mindset and cultural fit before matching, coach her through the first 90 days, and follow up with both employer and helper until the contract ends.

Most have a primary or lower secondary education, but they speak up well and are keen to learn. We drill everyday instructions in Chinese and Malay (sweeping, cooking, laundry) and simple household words, and you talk to her directly at the interview to make sure you understand each other.

Most NTT Christian helpers grew up in the countryside and are comfortable around animals. During training we identify candidates who aren't afraid of pets and are happy to care for them, and we tell you before the interview. They'll feed pets, clean up after them, walk them and keep their space tidy.
